Πρακτική Άσκηση

 

Το Κολλέγιο Ανατόλια δίνει τη δυνατότητα σε τελειόφοιτους ανώτερων και ανώτατων εκπαιδευτικών ιδρυμάτων, τμημάτων Λογιστικής/Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Εμπορίας και Διαφήμισης, Δημοσίων Σχέσεων, Marketing, Πληροφορικής/Προγραμματισμού, Βιβλιοθηκονομίας, Logistics, Φυτικής Παραγωγής, Έργων Υποδομής, να πραγματοποιήσουν την πρακτική τους άσκηση όπως ορίζεται απο το εκάστοτε πρόγραμμα (ΟΑΕΔ ΕΣΠΑ κλπ) και τη σχετική νομοθεσία του εκάστοτε εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος/φορέα, σε ένα ολοκληρωμένο επαγγελματικό, επιχειρησιακό και δημιουργικό περιβάλλον, κάνοντας το πρώτο βήμα στη καριέρα τους για την απόκτηση εμπειρίας. 

Οι σπουδαστές που θα πραγματοποιήσουν την πρακτική τους άσκηση στο Κολλέγιο Ανατόλια, θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να έρθουν σε επαφή με οργανωμένα συστήματα, να αποκτήσουν επαγγελματική εμπειρία, να αναπτύξουν τις δεξιότητές τους  και να χτίσουν τα θεμέλια της επαγγελματικής τους εμπειρίας στο πεδίο ενδιαφέροντός τους.

 

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Δικαίωμα εκπόνησης πρακτικής άσκησης μέσω ΟΑΕΔ ΕΣΠΑ ή ΙΕΚ

  • Καλή γνώση MS Office

  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Development Coordinator Greece

 

Anatolia College is seeking to appoint a full-time Development Coordinator and invites expression of interest to cover its immediate needs, as of October 2017. The Development Coordinator will play an instrumental role in the implementation of a comprehensive fundraising and development program for the Institutional Advancement Department of Anatolia College.  The position’s responsibilities require the Development Coordinator to undertake fundraising and development activities in Greece and the greater European market. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and communicates regularly with the President and senior management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate increased support for Anatolia College among prospective business, philanthropic and private donors.
  • Direct and implement communication strategies and outreach programs with alumni of Anatolia College.
  • Undertake and manage a comprehensive communication program with donors and prospective donors that facilitate the Department’s fundraising initiatives including prospecting correspondence, follow-up informational material, thank you and outreach letters.
  • Work with the President’s cabinet, the Vice President for Institutional Advancement as well as the media and public relations groups to create one global enterprise for Anatolia College with emphasis on shared information systems, aligned public relations, marketing and development efforts and aligned branding and communication both internal and external. 
  • Expand the donor pool in all categories and identify and solicit new funds.
  • Work with the Scholarship & Recruitment groups to expand the number of scholarships provided as well as to deliver constant updated reports to scholarship donors.  Assist with the planning of scholarship funding projects.
  • Work with staff, faculty and cabinet to ensure constant and informative communication across all areas concerning development activities.

  • The business acumen to engage and cultivate senior offices of major corporations and foundations including active philanthropist.
  • The social maturity to effectively cultivate a wide spectrum of professional and high net-worth individuals.

Experience

  • Prior experience in fundraising a plus.

Procurement Office Assistant

 

Anatolia College invites expression of interest for the position of Procurement Office Assistant to cover its immediate needs. The Procurement Office Assistant will work at the Procurement Office and assists in all steps of a procurement cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screening of Purchase Requests
  • Costing of Requests
  • Bookkeeping of Vendor Registry
  • Inventory Control
  • Purchasing Orders
  • Acceptance and Transportation of Products
  • Assisting in other seasonal needs as determined by the Procurement Coordinator (Vendor agreements, end-of year accounts closure, inventory counting, etc.)
  • Adhering to the policies of Anatolia College and especially to follow and promote the proper use of the Procurement Policy.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Technical Degree/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

Instructors and Classroom Assistants for the After-School STEM programs

 

Anatolia College is seeking to appoint Instructors and classroom assistants for the After-School STEM programs to cover its immediate needs. The Instructors and assistants will guide Kindergarten and/or Elementary and/or High-school students into STEM programs ranging from Science and Engineering to Robotics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach the class groups formed on a weekly basis for the current School year in collaboration with the Anatolia College STEM Center
  • Develop the necessary curriculum
  • Prepare the lessons based upon the kits used and the curriculum provided
  • Guide the students to work in groups and perform the tasks assigned
  • Available to work morning or afternoon hours as well as weekends both at Anatolia and other locations  

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor Degree in any Science or Engineering discipline, or in Computer Science (excellent students or distinguished graduate students will also be considered)

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to efficiently work with the curriculum and kits provided
  • Experience using Science, Engineering and Robotic kits
  • Ability to efficiently handle a lab based classroom

Anatolia Elementary School STEM Instructor

 

Anatolia College is seeking to appoint an AES STEM Instructor to cover its immediate needs in Anatolia Elementary School. The AES STEM Instructor will guide 4th, 5th and 6th graders into Science and Engineering activities as a part of the in-school STEM program for the current School year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach 9 classes per week in Science and STEM activities
  • Develop the necessary curriculum
  • Prepare for the lessons, i.e. prepare notes, check and purchase the materials needed, prepare the lab for the activities, evaluate the sessions and develop materials for the program’s promotion

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor Degree in Science or any Engineering discipline
  • MSc or PhD in any of the STEM fields is considered an asset

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop new curriculum based on internet and book sources
  • Strong creativity in order to develop new curriculum upon basic science principles
  • Experience using Science and Engineering kits
  • Excellent knowledge and use of web resources
  • Ability to efficiently handle a lab based classroom
  • Ability to develop a long term project based upon an Engineering topic
  • Adaptability/Flexibility: Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, and adjusts plans to meet changing needs

Experience

  • Experience working in a school/ education field is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in working with small children in groups
