TO GYMNASIUM ASSEMBLIES ONLY

  • The Cooking Club is cancelled today.
  • Pegasus will be starting today during the big break in White 7. The club advisor is Mr. Stefaniuk.
  • The 1st meeting of the Magic Math Club will take place on Friday in White 3. This club is for forms 1-3 and the club advisor is Ms. Kefalidou.
  • Boys’ Basketball will have its first meeting today in the A’ Gymnasium Courts. The coaches are Ms. Alexiadou and Ms. Antoniadou.
  • All 2nd and 3rd formers who have signed up for Junior Drama are reminded that they should attend the second workshop, either today in the Macedonia Art Room, or on Friday in Macedonia 302. We are really sorry to announce that the club cannot accept any more new members.
  • All students who are interested in playing 3 on 3 Basketball should come to the club’s first meeting tomorrow in Riggs 12 at 1.15.

TO LYKEION AND IB ASSEMBLIES ONLY

  • HMCE Madrid students will meet today during the small break in Macedonia room 113.
  • The 3D Modeling and Printing Club starts today! We will be learning Blender, a free 3D modeling platform for everything from 3D printing to animation to game design. Come to Macedonia room 103 today to join. 5th, 6th, IB1, and IB2 are welcome. The club advisors are Mr. Konstantinidis and Ms. Kats.
  • Boys’ Soccer will have its first meeting today at the Alumni Field. The coach is Mr. Zlatanos.
  • Boys’ and Girls’ Volleyball will have its first meeting today in the B’ side Gym. The coaches are Mr. Michaelidis and Ms. Halkia.
  • A representative from the following American institutions will be visiting Anatolia on the following days. The Library AV Room door will close at 13:15 sharp.
    • Today: McNeese State University
    • Tomorrow: Kalamazoo College
  • Those of you participating in the DSA trip to Athens should attend 5thhour classes tomorrow and then report to the Student Services Office to board the bus for the airport.
    • All students interested in attending Law Courses at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki starting in November should contact Ms. Perakaki until Wednesday, October 25.

TO ALL SCHOOLS

  • The first meeting of the Greek Impromptu Speaking Club will take place today in NR 3. The club advisor is Ms. Konstantinou.
  • Ms. Emily’s A Capella Club will meet in the Library Seminar room today.
  • Oral Interpretation Comic and Dramatic will meet today in Macedonia 221. Attendance is mandatory.
  • Don’t forget about Coral Live 2017! The New Biology and Science & Technology Storytelling Clubs will be meeting today during the big break in the Library Flexible Learning Space to watch VR videos and prepare for the Skype call. 
  • Please check the bulletin boards for this year’s service learning opportunities and join Ms. Peggy Perakaki from Monday to Wednesday during every big break in the US College Counseling Office to discuss enrichment volunteer opportunities.
  • The Guitar club is having its first meeting today. Drop by Macedonia 317 to register. No guitars are needed this time.
  • Are you interested in learning how to produce your own short film? Come join the Crew tomorrow in Macedonia 103 at 13.20.
