Campus Tour

The 45-acre campus is located five miles from the center of Thessaloniki on a hillside overlooking the city. The campus lies on both sides of the road that connects the villages of Pylea and Panorama. The main entrance to campus is on the north side of the road; there is also an entrance on the south side.

Macedonia Hall is the main classroom and office building for the 2nd Lykeion and the 2nd Gymnasium. It also houses the Vice-President for Secondary Education’s office, the Student Services Office, and the English Department office. It is also the location of Tsipos Hall and Tracy Hall.

Athletic facilities include a gymnasium, soccer fields, and a number of outdoor courts for handball, volleyball, basketball and tennis.

Stephens Hall is the home of the President’s office, the Executive Vice-President’s office, the Business office, and the Public Relations and Development office. The Language and Testing office, which administers the Michigan exams, is located downstairs.

Compton Hall houses the International Baccalaureate Program.

The main part of the ACT campus is located to the north of the high school and is reached by car from an access road to the west of campus and on foot via skybridge, behind Compton and Stephens Halls.

Most of ACT’s classrooms and offices are to be found in the New Building, opened in 1995.

The Church of the Three Hierarchs, consecrated in 1996, sits on an elevation behind Macedonia Hall.

Pappas Hall is the main theater facility for both the high school and ACT.

Morley House, once the girls’ dormitory, serves as an activities center for the Anatolia Alumni Association.

The Tunnel connects one side of campus to the other under the Pylea-Panorama road.

The Eleftheriades Library, constructed in 1989, with sizable collections both in Greek and English, serves the needs of the high school.

White Hall and Riggs Hall, both renovated in 1997, house classrooms for the 1st Lykeion and 1st Gymnasium.

Ingle Hall is the location of the Dining Hall, the Dormitory, and the offices of the 1st Lykeion and 1st Gymnasium.
